Help! I’ve never done this before, what do you need from me?

We understand that buying a website can be stressful. Fortunately, we’ve built hundreds of websites and we handle all the hard stuff. We’ll simply need your logo, text (content for each page of the website), and any photos you might have.

What are the recurring costs?

The cost of the website design is a one-time fee. After that, you’ll only need to pay for a domain name (about $20 per year) and website hosting (ranges from $12-$18 per month). If you have an online store, website hosting will cost slightly more.

Can I change the website myself?

All of our websites include easy-to-use website editing tools so you can make changes on your own without needing to know code. If you are too busy for that, we can also make changes for you at very reasonable rates.


Will my website rank on Google?

We include basic Search Engine Optimization on all of our websites. If you are looking to jump start your ranking on Google, we recommend our optional Advanced Search Engine Optimization Package.

How long does it take?

On average, websites launch within 4 to 6 weeks from project start.

I’m not tech savvy, can you help me with the technical stuff?

Of course! Most of our customers are regular people simply running their businesses. We handle all the complicated details so you can focus on what you do best.


Do I have to be local to work with you?

No you don’t. We have customers across the entire country. Meetings can easily be handled by video or phone.

Will my website be mobile and tablet friendly?

YES! Every website we build is mobile-friendly. We understand that your customers use every type of device to browse your website. Our websites are responsive and resize automatically to fit all screen sizes.

Who writes the content for the website?

Usually you do. You are the expert and know the most about your business, so usually it’s best if it comes from you. However, we have a lot of marketing experience and can provide helpful suggestions.


What are your payment options?

Our online payment options include credit cards and secure bank transfers. We also accept checks. Half of the website cost is collected at the beginning of the project and the remaining half is due before launch.

What if I need help with my website down the road?

We’re only an email or phone call away. We’re here to support you as much or as little as you need.

I already have a domain name. Can I use it?

Yes, we are happy to use your existing domain name. If desired, you can keep your existing domain registrar or we can move it to your website hosting company so you only have one bill to pay.
